The contact form is HIPPA compliant through a third-party vendor but it is recommended that any Personal Health Information (PHI) should still be kept to the minimum mecessary.

If you leave a comment of fill in a form, the comment, the form and its metadata may be retained indefinitely.
- CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

The requirements of COPPA do not apply here as Breakthrough ABA does not knowingly collect use or disclose information from anyone under 13 years of age.
